Slalom is perpetually named a Forbes World’s Best Management Consulting Firm. The Build division is responsible for client solution delivery. In my role, I conducted research and untangled client engagements whose objectives were too ambiguous to enter Slalom’s prescribed delivery process. Additionally, I provided sales support, driving strategy workshops and delivering pitch presentations, especially for generative AI integration.
Oversaw discovery research on engagements and consulted ten clients on improvements, including standing-up research and innovation ops.
Facilitated five ideation and prioritization workshops, two promoting the firm’s intelligent product offerings.
Provided five multi-dimensional ecosystems and four service blueprints that uncovered the clients’ challenges.
Produced six trend reports and forecasts on omnichannel auto purchasing, post-pandemic employee engagement, financial fraud detection, and the mass-affluent segment in retirement.
Created two video narratives showcasing generative AI and its application in retail package manufacturing and real estate marketing.

Wells Fargo’s Envision team supported business development by identifying experience opportunities and generating strategies for future products and organizational capabilities. In my role, I provided consultative services to LOB leadership and product management. I directed design strategy as realized through aspirational visions, which set direction, aligned partners, and aided the sponsor in gaining project funding.
Conducted SME interviews and trend analysis to provide four POVs around internal and market expectations.
Facilitated six ideation workshops (in-person and virtual) with cross-functional stakeholders to harvest novel ideas, identify and prioritize business opportunities, and gain alignment.
Identified value propositions and synthesized key concepts into aspirational narratives for customer validation.

In my role, I served as a design strategist focused on developing and executing research plans, moderating concept development sessions, and delivering detailed vision strategies.
Conducted 11 primary and secondary research studies and provided three trend forecasts and POVs around the experience market and the emerging affluent segment.
Facilitated four remote and co-located opportunity-framing and codesign workshops, driving the invention and prioritization of solutions to be prototyped and tested.
Conducted four market research and concept validation studies to establish the viability of and de-risk fledgling product ideas.
Produced three detailed service narratives that became the north stars and justifications for new initiatives.
Planned and executed four multifaceted studies of post-concept products as they moved through the pipeline, ensuring the value proposition remained intact.
